The Unified Court System has organized a system-wide collection effort to assist the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Items will be collection at the Supreme Court Building, 851 Grand Concourse, in Rooms 111, 216, 609 and at the Bronx County Bar Association Office, Room 124. Items will be picked up by OCA and delivered to various locations of need. The following items are most commonly requested: blankets, flashlights, batteries, heavy duty garbage bags, diapers, baby wipes, gloves (cleaning & heavy duty work), face masks, rubber boots, shovels, buckets, cleaning supplies, brooms, bleach, generators, gas cans and funnels.
